Wiltshire Cure Thick Cut has won an award
We’re thrilled that our Wiltsire Cure Thick Cut Bacon has be judged a Great British Food Awards Winner. Judge Sheila Dillon commented:
“Given that it’s deep in our food heritage, there’s not that much great bacon around and there’s even less great bacon around that’s produced by the wet Wiltshire-cure method. ‘Dry cure’ is what most of us respond to when we’re looking for quality in bacon, but this Denhay version shows what fabulous taste you can get with brine curing. It has a deep, rich, perfect flavour and is sliced thickly. Some of the best rashers I’ve had in a long time.”
