Smoked Bacon
Our award-winning smoked bacon is crafted using only British outdoor-bred pork, raised to the highest welfare standards. Each cut is gently smoked over beech wood, creating a beautifully balanced flavour with a delicate, natural smokiness.
From our traditionally prepared dry cured selections to our signature Wiltshire cure, every rasher is carefully matured and expertly sliced by our skilled bacon curers. The result is wonderfully full-flavoured, tender, and succulent bacon, made with time, care, and true craftsmanship.
Smoked Back Bacon
Our back bacon is lovely and moist, beautifully sliced with just the right amount of fat for the perfect cook. We gently smoke it over beech wood to add a touch of smokiness to the flavour.

Wiltshire Cure
Wiltshire Cure is a wet cure first developed in the 18th Century by the Harris family in Calne Wiltshire. Steeped in a special brine for several days and then allowed to slowly mature, our Wiltshire Cure Back Bacon has a wonderfully full and meaty flavour.
