Our award winning Dry Cured and Wiltshire Cure bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pork raised to the highest of welfare standards. Our dry cure lines are done so by hand and slowly matured before slicing.

Our special cure and expertise of our bacon curers results in wonderfully full flavoured and succulent rashers and lardons of bacon.
