Unsmoked Bacon
Our award winning Dry Cured and Wiltshire Cure bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pork raised to the highest of welfare standards. We dry cure by hand and slowly mature it before slicing. Our special cure and the expertise of our bacon curers results in wonderfully full flavoured and succulent rashers of bacon.
Unsmoked Back Bacon
Our back bacon is lovely and moist, beautifully sliced with just the right amount of fat for the perfect cook. Because it’s dry cured and not pumped full of water like other bacon, you wont find any white froth in the pan and this means the taste is fuller and meatier than other bacons too.

Unsmoked Streaky Bacon
Hand dry cured and matured for a deliciously savoury flavour and meaty texture, we think our streaky bacon is the tastiest you will find anywhere. Just the smell of it cooking has been known to turn vegetarians. When cooked to perfection, it will melt and explode with flavour on your tongue.
